Oh, Fudge! Just Google It.
Mobile technology has revolutionized the ways in which we work, as well as where we are working from. It allows us to communicate, collaborate, and learn from anywhere and on any device (American College of Education, 2022).
We can use Skype, Meet, Zoom, Teams, Webex, or numerous other video conferencing tools for live virtual meetings or chat with Google Chat, Teams, Zoom, or Slack. We can even manage projects in Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira, or SmartSheets. With so many choices, it's easy to find something you like and having many competitors in the market creates a system that rewards innovative companies who are able to provide superior products for their customers at a price point they find to their satisfaction.
But what happens when a plethora of choices can be an obstacle to overcome, such as when a merger occurs and the two entities use different mobile communication and project management tools?
